3. Mickey's Christmas Carol

4. The Simpsons Christmas Special

5. A Flintstone Family Christmas

10. Yogi's All-Star Comedy Christmas Caper - just for all of you to stare and compare with the movie Elf and see what I mean. Wally Gator cameo!

Christmas themed episodes:

1. Married with Children

2. Darkwing Duck "It's A Wonderful Leaf"

3. Merry Christmas, Doctor Who (this is actually an outtake that has Tom Baker, Mary Tamm and K9 getting frisky with liquor bottles waved around) "What do you desire most for Christmas, Doctor?", asks K9. And Tom immediately glances at Mary Tamm. :) It's an extra on The Armageddon Factor-special edition DVD and on YouTube

4. Family Guy "A Very Special freakin' Christmas"

5. American Dad

6. Batman - "Holiday Knights" and "Christmas With The Joker"

  1. For DC Animated, you should certainly add Justice League’s “Comfort and Joy” and Brave and the Bold’s “Invasion of the Secret Santas” (the latter having an unexpectedly great young Bruce Wayne scene).

And, nothing but the original 1964 “Christmas Flintstone” should be on that list.

    The rest is all great!

And, I’ll always throw in the Lost in Space episode “The Toymaker” and a personal favorite, even though it only tangentially mentions Christmas.

  2. I have not seen "Comfort and Joy" - reruns of that show were strange - there was also an episode with The Joker and Harley that never turned up in reruns.

"Christmas Flinstone"(A.K.A. "How The Flinstones Saved Christmas" when it was released on home video way back) is very cute.

Hey, I used to think there was a "Munsters" christmas episode, but that turned out to be a joke at the end of "Munster, Go Home", and "Grandpa's Lost Love". Close enough. ;)
